We are leaving Taini's at 8.30am and driving to Hopuhopu.
Take the Taupiri turn off and head towards Ngaruawahia. The Hopuhopu base is on the right. The turnoff for the Hopuhopu Base road is on the right at the bridge as you leave Taupiri. At Hopuhopu you get free parking and can catch a free bus to the marae; they are at 15 minute intervals. We will be back in Auckland about 4pm (so we leave about 2.45pm).
